This deer was taken late during the season and his cape was a mess. I think the mount itself looks good though.

Russian Brown Bear
 
We got the top half done and are working our way down. This Bear was 9 1/2 feet tall.



My helper is 6'4"




He fit in between the rafters in the ceiling.

Rich, what product will you be using to dye\paint the light areas that show though the fur? I have never done a life size brownie before and the blackies I have done have never had any rubs and were always thick. I have done some touchup on boars though but just used regular water based in the pit areas.

Most of the time I use a leather dye. Then you have to keep wiping down the hair to remove the excess dye.
