Cleaning a turkey fan?

I shot a bird last spring that I got fan, spur, beard mounted. I noticed it's collected some dust and I was just wondering what is the best way to clean it back up and keep it clean?

Feather duster and dust with the grain of the feather or a dust buster will work also.
