Small tips to get better
 

Without going nuts and getting too serious?

Say you just want to score a little better on your 3d shooting, but you don't want to go crazy competitve. What things can you do to give you a small boost, without going all cut throat?

Smaller pins. (019)
lighter arrows
60# bow instead of a #70
Bigger staiblizer???
longer sight?
Studying/knowing where to hit for score?

Practice your yardage judging, and do it without a bow in your hand.

Agreed. Yardage.

Yardage, besides making the shot is the MOST important thing when it comes to 3D. Yardage at the moment is what's holding me back [&:]

NUMBER ONE,learn how to execute a proper release.

Yardage estimation, knowing the location of the vitals, and lots of shots! A smaller pin might help, my theory "Aim small, miss small"

Pin size isn't that big of a deal IMO.
