Alpine Pro Comp?

Does anyone else shoot it??

They are paying Contigency Money and I'm thinking about getting a Pro-Shop Staff Position

They bow is $998( I think thats right) straight from the company and go through Pro-Shop you can get it for $400

My buddy is buying one then I'm gonna shoot it then see if I really want it!

Alpine isn't the only company that's paying contingency.

Alpine is VERY close to the bottom of my list for target bows. They are just ahead of Oneida. :D[8D][&:].

If you are going to buy a new bow, buy something that's proven, as far as winning. I'm not sure what your draw length is, but it's honestly hard to overlook PSE, Hoyt, and Mathews on the target circuit. Don't kill me Bowtech guys, they just aren't really proven professionally. That could be contributed to the fact they don't payout.

Pretty much, what I'm saying is, don't buy an Alpine. :D

You have to place top 3 to get contingency too, you can buy a better bow to help you get to that point. Don't buy a bow, just because you can get money if you win or place.

They should be priced the same as the others.

Mathews Apex 7's are good target bows....Who cares about different ;)

It's hard to beat the PSE Shark X price wise as far as a target bow goes, it's hard to get the speed out of it though. You also said it's not your kind of bow.

I have a RH MoneyMaker X at the shop, green, single cam with a spring steel rest I can sell you for $550. ;)

you can get a camo Hoyt 38 Pro, which is an absolute nail driver, for a very reasonable price if you can get a dealer to hook you up. With target bows, you're mostly paying for the dang finish on it anyway. I like to get mine in camo, so I have a back up during hunting season.

But Matt/TN is correct. It's tough to beat one of the 3 he mentioned for anexcellent shooting target bow. Look at what the pro's are using. They are basically all the same. Nobody tries to be different for a reason.
