dropping my bow arm

I was shooting pretty good, shot my first round last week where I ended on the positive side; 302 30 targets. I've been doing my normal shooting this week and all my arrows seem 3 inches low and to the right. The only thing I can think of is I'm dropping my bow arm. Is there a "follow through" that you guys subscribe too? Something that I can mentally do to avoid this? I think I'm dropping it in anticipation of seeing where I hit my target.

thanks in advance

This may not work too well for others and might even be wrong to some but I make sure I hear the arrow hit the bag before I drop my arm and will watch the arrow through my sight all the way through to the target. That seemed to help me alot when I had that problem. Everyone is different though. Good luck

Sounds to me like you are using a trigger release. That is one of the reasons I had to go to a true back tension release to avoid that type of situation.
