Nock pins....
I'm looking for some different nocks in my X-7's.....I have super nocks now, but I'm not really a fan. They seem to sloppy....I thought about the super 3D nock...but like the idea of a pin nock.
I see that easton makes a nock pin, and nock, for an X-10, does anyone know if they'll work in an X-7? I'm open to any other ideas as well. |
RE: Nock pins....
They make a uni bushing that will accept the g-nocks which are adefinate step above the super nocks imo and it would be very difficult to send an arrow through the back of them.

RE: Nock pins....
So I can get a uni bushing for an X7, 2613 that will accept a g-nock? Super fantastic!! And what would that be, do you know?
Yes, I'm an idiot when it comes to aluminum arrows, but I'm learning. |
RE: Nock pins....
Never mind, found it.....
I still like the idea of a pin nock......Wonder if anyone else's would work....Hmmmmm.... |
RE: Nock pins....
I can't help you with that one,the pin nocks are sweet,no doubt.Just break down and get those X-10's.:DYou can get them for the A/C/E's as well.[:-]

RE: Nock pins....
X-10's......haaaaaahahahahahaha.....If I ever broke one, I would cry, then quit......
Ok, I did a little research. A gold tip pro 30 is a 26/64 arrow, and I shoot 2613's.....26/64.......Soooooo.....logic tells me the nock pins for those will work, yes? |
RE: Nock pins....
Nope,the I.D. (inside diameter)is what you need to know,not the O.D.(outside diameter)
Not saying they won't work but I doubt the I.D is the same. I was over at a shop tonight shooting and I was commenting about going even lighter on poundage but that would require getting arrows and getting that low on poundage would require expensive arrows(for 3-d).He said he would get me the X10's at cost just so he could say he has sold some.My reply was get the A/C/E/'s and we might talk.:D Of course I was just messing with him because I can already get them pretty close to that now.;) |
RE: Nock pins....
Well, I've exhausted every other idea I had....so for now I guess I'll get some super 3D nocks, and if I don't like those I'll change out the uni bushings and go w/ the G-nocks.
Thanks, TFOX, for the help. I appreciate it. |
