You would have to look at your local regulations. I know HC in true ASA rules allows any kind of vanes though. I shot blazers the year I won our state ASA HC title.

Yeah but I don't think IBO would allow them.....and like I told you....I'm trying to build ONE setup.

They sure are cool looking, though!

Matt, they are cool, I've never seen clear vanes before. bowtechben was here tonight to cut down some arrows and since it was nice out we decided to do a little shooting quick. He mentioned this thread, I said I hadn't seen it nor had I heard of clear vanes. Too cool!

I can't believe I don't have pictures of my Carbon Express CXL2's. I'll have to take a few.

Really diggin the clear vanes. They're pretty sick...now "they" won't complain about black vanes anymore, there's something new

Okay, was out back shooting today. Put a new Viper Predator Pro MT sight on my 82nd with 4 .010 pins, green, yellow, green, yellow and sighted it in.

Here are my Carbon Express CXL2's, total weight 314 grains traveling 330 fps.

20 yards!

30 yards!

40 yards!

And 50 yards!

No worries, glad you like them. At some point when I'm down at my camp (near Canton) we will have to all get together and shoot.
