Question North Florida Gator hunt

Nuisance alligator trapper in north Florida looking to see what’s out there. Spring mating season is coming up and getting several gators a day is not uncommon. Let me know what you got!

I'm probably not alone but would love to hear about some of your adventures with gators. That sounds like a cool job!

I lucked into this part time gig a few years ago after many seasons buying tags. I received over 100 calls for nuisance gators last year alone. Most are in the 4-8 foot range with the occasional 10+. Last year's record was 11.7 and 675lbs.

That sounds like an interesting part-time gig. You might want to explain how a swapped hunt would work for anybody considering swapping for it.

Thanks i appreciate it! If anyone would be interested in swapping a hunt they would need to purchase a alligator trapping agent license for 51.00. As long as you're with me we can take any gators i have active permits on. I am allowed to take the nuisance gator by nearly any means necessary. Baited hooks, rifle as long it is safe, ect.

Default trade

I am a nuisance alligator trapper in Indian River County and have had several successful trades over the years through our contract. What he’s offering is legitimate and a great way to harvest gators without having to jump through the hoops of the lottery system and $1000 tags.
