I have outstanding creek bottom deer hunting with very little pressure 160 class deer are not uncommon with a chance at a big deer. I own or lease all my land for agricultural purposes so I have complete control of everything that goes on on my ranch.
Will send pics of this years kills if wanted. Biggest a 190 class I killed with bow smallest a 160 my brother killed.

Interested in black bear hunt in N.C? My property hasn't been bear hunted since 2000. My time has been spent on trying to kill a booner! My last bear was around 550-600lbs. The state record was killed within 10 miles from our farm that was 880lbs. We can use natural bait.
