Black Bears for whitetail ???
I have 1000acres of private leased land that I could take Two people Black Bear hunting on plenty of Bears and you can take two bears in this county , license is over the counter I don't have a cabin or place to stay ,WVA is a no. Bait state , which doesn't matter I've had three folks in the last three years take bears with no bait you just gotta have patience looking for a place to whitetail hunt thanks ..
