Next fall (2016) I will have enough points to Draw a WI Black Bear permit. We are allowed to transfer our tag to anyone under the age of 18, I'm looking to swap my tag and a fully guided hunt for a honeymoon hunt for my wife. If we both hunt it will be a bonus. I'm open to anything as long as it is in the Midwest.
