You must either have private land or be a registered outfitter to swap, trade, barter or except money for any hunt in colorado. Thats a felony charge for illegal outfitting.

In return that person offers the same that is against the law? Sorry Cherokee that is a hard one to enforce. So what if he has private land it is okay. I guess you figured him being from Colorado he didn't own his own land?No disrespect but did you feel that inclined to point this out? Oh, I see you are an outfitter that answers my questions.
