Default My GSP "shakes" with the paw that matches the hand offered....

New trick... haha

He used to only shake with just one paw. Now he shakes with the corresponding paw to the hand you offer!

I have never taught parlor tricks to a hunting dog.
No big deal either way.

It happened accidentally... We always taught him to sit/shake to accept treats, but then we noticed he'd match hand to paw.

Parlor tricks are things that people teach to dogs that have no bearing on hunting.
Sitting up on haunches, shaking hands, rolling over, standing up on hind legs 9and dancing around) and things of that nature --- cute, but have no bearing on things that really count for a hunting (Sporting) Dog.
