Default Tri-tronics - need transmiter !

Hi Everyone, and I hope everybody has a great 4th of July! I have a 9 month old Golden that I am working with training to duck and goose retrieve. He weighs 80 lbs, no fat,he was the dominant pup out of 10. I want to use a Tri-tronics collar on him that a cousin gave me but I don't have a transmiter.Anyone know how to get one ,I can't find a model # on the collar, all I see is the Tri-tronics name.I will have my daughter post a pic of Barkly when she gets up. Thanks, Jim, e-mail [email protected]

I just did a quick Google search and found, http://www.tritronics.com/accessorie...series-en.html, and, http://www.gundogsupply.com/tri-tron...nsmitters.html. You will need to know something about the model. Did you look under the spot where the collar connects to the transmitter? Your best bet may be to call tri-tronics or gundogsupply.com.

good luck!

Try googlging Collar Clinic as I am sure they can help make a match of new transmitter to collar.

And get a quote as a new one may be the best thing but I must warn you. An e-collar is not a short cut to the Ho-Hum hands on obedience training one should do. The collar is a very usefull tool but it can also create a problem far quicker than one can imagine.
