Will this make him a bird eater?

If you are breasting it out or skinning before feeding the answer is no. I wouldn't do it while in the field but after the hunt is over and he is back home he isn't going to know what he's eating. I make goose jerky for dog treats- no salt, just dehydrated. They love it and it's much healthier and cheaper than store bought treats.
