help finding a good hunting stock lab

I live in the Kalamazoo Mich. area. I made a deal with one of my twin daughters that if she got a full ride scholarship to a local university AND would live at thome we would buy her a lab puppy. Guess what? So now on a daily basis I' m constantly reminded. My problem is that I have always been a shorthair hunter (had four generations at one time). Iknow the breed well and had awesome stock. Labs...Idon' t know diddly. I do know that I want to find a good hunting pedigree pup but am unsure where to start. By chance does anyone know of any fairly close (to Kazoo) good bloodline dogs or reputable sources/breeders within a couple hundred miles.

Thanks, MQ

Not sure if you want to go all the way to Wisconsin, but I know of several good hunting stock breeders over here.
