Default Sporting Dogs

If you want to look at the best all around sporting dogs, you've got to take into account more than just upland, waterfowl, and retrieving (which is really just part of the other two), tracking, hunting fur, and qualities as a house dog has also gotta be worked into it. For the sake of simplicity though, I'll just go by upland, waterfowl, tracking, and qualities as a house dog for the major breeds. I know I'm leaving a lot of breeds out here but you can't list them all and these are the ones I consider the main contenders. It's also important to remember that there are major variations within the breeds on certain abilities, I'm going by well bred examples of the breed.

Default Dogs

I just joined today. This is my dog, Konrad. He's a good dog.
Well, the dog is on the profile picture...can't figger out t'other way.

A good dog is priceless. Even if there's no luck hunting a good dog can still make it a good day.
