RE: aggresive behavior

Dont feel bad... When I have to take my Male Black lab to the vet,we have our own entrance, in the back, and I have to muzzle him. Hes just very aggressive towards other dogs, and occasionally people.

Just remember, someone out there has a meaner dog and is more embarrased to take it to the vet.

Thanks for the advice everyone, I'm leaning towards what littleriver said. I have to take everything into consideration.I don't think it was lack of socialization but is genetic as to why my dog does this. When my daughter had a friend spend the night, dog tried to bite her.The friend was just talking to me and the wife with her hands behind her back and the dog all of a sudden just lunged at her.I love the dog but have to look at the bigpicture.
