Need some help fellas!
 

After years of going without a dog in the field, (Kansas), I have finally gave into my wants and I'm deciding to get a puppy. I really want to get a Vizsla or a GSP. I'm leaning towards the Vizsla but don't really have any kind of info on this breed. I have heard good things about them and I'm hoping you guys might know a little about them. Any info or suggestions are welcomed! Thanks.

I went pheasant hunting a few times out in western Kansas about 12-13 years ago and a few of the guys who went with us brought their dogs and one was a Vizsla, he did very good and got us quite a few bird on both occasions. Other than that I really don't know a whole lot about them. I will tell you they are beautifull dogs. What part of Kansas do you live in? I grew up around the Lawrence area and just north of there. Planning to get back there in a few months.
