New Brittany
 

Just bought a brittany this week but she is 7 months old. I have never trained a dog for the field before and just wondering if anyone has advice on where to start on a dog this old.

Well first off, welcome to the site, there are alot of good hands here, with all breeds. I also do this for a living, it can be alot of typing, or alot of talking, my self I train dogs black and white, doesn't need to be a job, just routine, and read, and pay attention to the dog through out training. What you need to decide is what you would like to get from the dog in the field, besides a house buddy. And how you would prefer to attempt to go through this.
