Looking for training birds in FL

I live in Sarasota Fl, and am trying to find a source for traing birds. Does any one know of any breeders or other sources in this area or Florida in general? All info would be great.

You may want to try falconry. Falconers also use pigeons for trainning. Now, that would be a fun sport to try.
