I've been hunting around Magnolia for over 10 years and love it up there. I just renewed a lease on a house for the next 5 years, my wife says I live in Arkansas all winter! Does that count??

Hey tiggerp, the girl I'm dating right now lives in Harrison, and two of my good friends up there's dad coaches at Green Forrest. Do you know Louis Melton or Mike Gotcher? They're up in Harrison, thougt you might know them.

I'm here. In Texarkana now since '83. Grew up in Newport. Still duck hunt around Augusta and go goosin' around Grubbs/Cash way; deer around Chidester; turkey around Chidester and Perryville (and hopefully Bois d'Arc if I draw the permit this year.)

mr4pt. I lease a house on the West side of Magonila off burnt bridge road, hunt that area and have a lease in Emerson next to Walton Short. we are over run with deer and Turkey there.

bo, Sneeds does ring a bell, we had a lease in Village that's as far East of Magnolia that I have hunted. I have some of the pictures of the deer we killed the first week. Going to see if I can post them.

I thinks the Dunns are north of us, I did hear the name. Yes Jeanetette is 20 miles East of Lafayette.

6 mag , my friend owns the land (dunn). man did he kill a buck. 10 pt 22&quot; inside spread, it is probably going to score over 160 easy. his boss has a 158 on his office wall and this moose makes him look small. good deer in that area . i worked out of intercoastal city for awhile for PHI . couldnt take there bull. i wouldnt mind coming back down there but man the bugs. later .

Know what you mean about the bugs, I fly out of ICY Chevron dock every week. We killed 5 real big bucks around there this year, as soon as I learn how to post pictures I will post them.

Hey guys I hunt around Springhill, LA which is right across the border from Magnolia. Anyone ever been there. And 6-Mag I grew up in Morgan City, La, which is practically next door to you.

I know where you are talking about, Bodcaw creek is real close. You are in deer heaven.

Yes I know where Sprinhill, LA is. We used to play them in B-ball and I had a good customer (painter) from there. Back in 1995 a dude killed a 31 pt buck near Springhill, looked really odd.

Got a doe with my Rem 710 this year. I've pretty much given up deer huntin for this season. No more bow for me. I'll try again next year. Right now I'm just huntin crows and yotes.
