RE: New Va Group Hopefully!!!!!!
Here's the run down gents!
Mr Freeze: David, I attempted to contact you by phone unsuccessfully this morning. I have shifted the emails to my personal email to where I will be able to better monitor incoming mail. Please use this address in the future. I use the other to minimize spam. Regarding the lease. Let me know what you need as far as information. I want you and your group to go to the property and determine that you do want it. I would like to establish a long term lease with someone so that they can use the property to its maximum potential and to where I will not be having to put it available for lease. By reviewing the emails, I am unclear if have have the same lease rate in mind. I do need $5 per acre base rate and I need to get to $6 but that can be done over time. There would be a small fee for insurance but that is only 30 cents or so per acre. Currently I am leasing my other acreage from $6 up to $8, the $8 leased acreage would bring in $10 to $12 but it would abuse the current hunters. I am not greedy and I do not frequently increase the lease rate. I am more interested in having someone that will look after the property, hunt safely and pay the lease on time. You can call me on my cell phone. Regards Larry Well I spoke with Mr Freeze and told him wee would be interested in acquiring a long term lease as well. I need to here from all of you in regards to this particular lease I worked hard on this one so let's make it happen. David |

RE: New Va Group Hopefully!!!!!!
I say we set up a time in the very near future ( like next weekend) to go see the property and go from there. He sounds like a good landowner to deal with that we could easily develop a long therm relationship with.

RE: New Va Group Hopefully!!!!!!
Gents,
I am available to review the property Saturday morning my earliest, then I'm off to NC at 12 noon deep sea fishing for my club fishing trip of 24 hours. I won't return until 1 am Monday Morning Sept 13, 2004. I've already called a few members from the numbers I currently have, let's keep the communication line open as it's vital to coming together on this. So here it is, 322 acres @ 5 per acre $1610.00 for the year lease with an additional .30 for insurance of $96.60 brings the total to the sum of $1706.60. I'll leave it to Butch to figure out the Mathematics of this from reading a post he did else where..lmao I'm just assuming maybe 15 members 21 acres each to hunt etc I'm just throwing things out there to think about. www.fishaholics.supreme-enterprise.net |

YEAH!!!!!:D[8D]
VA Guys: This is a fantastic opportunity! I mean, sit back and think about it.... All the B.S. with WMA's and 900,000 hunters.... AP Hill / Quantico base permits.... State forest permits.... Irrelevant. This is a golden opportunity thanks to VASavage270! I talked to him on the phone earlier and got more details. I like to keep this "TTT" (To The Top) so we always can see it on the forum. Let's see here {breaks out calculator}.... $1706.60 overall total $1706.60 divided by 5 hunters =====> $341.32 per person $1706.60 divided by 8 hunters =====> $213.33 per person $1706.60 divided by 10 hunters ====> $176.66 per person $1706.60 divided by 13 hunters ====> $131.25 per person $1706.60 divided by 15 hunters ====> $113.77 per person $1706.60 divided by 18 hunters ====> $94.81 per person $1706.60 divided by 20 hunters ====> $85.33 per person What do you say, guys?!?!? RE: New Va Group Hopefully!!!!!!
Um.. Butch is that Fuzzy Math or what..lmao
Ok update!! I just got off the phone with Mr. Freeze and He's not going to be able to be available for the visit he lives in NC.. However he will provide us all the maps, exact locations etc of his property with the bounderies. I will get this in email format but I won't post that information for reasons I'm sure your aware of (Other Eyes)..lmao We can visit the property any time at our convenience, Again as stated he's looking for a group who will take care of the property as their own etc., as well. Just Imagine what we can do hmm... BowHuntr, Yes Mr. Freeze seems to be the type of land owner who's willing to work with us nothing but great communication between us thus far. |
RE: New Va Group Hopefully!!!!!!
this sounds like a good opportunity, just keep in mind the "net" acreage available for hunting before we open this up to more than 10 people.
322 acres - 8 acre pond - 1 acre pond -180 acres open field = 133 NET acres to hunt. |
RE: New Va Group Hopefully!!!!!!
Awesome.... Just plain awesome.... This is really turning into something too good to pass up![8D]:D
Guys, I just went back through all 18 pages of this thread and kind of got a tally or head count of possible people interested. I could be wrong, but it appears we have 17 people that have shown real interest in this thread. Butch A. |
