Mosqitos!!!
 

Im hunting in Southeast Texas, need I say more? They even land on my eyelashes! Does anyone have a home remedy or recipe for mosquito repellant. Off isnt putting a dent in them plus as a bowhunter the scent is killing me. I tried the no scent repellant and it doesnt work. Bug tamer is on my x-mas list.
P.S. This warm weather is the pits.:(

one word ; Thermacell !!

they are the best thing since sliced bread.I have used them each day since the season opened. " No skitters" .
The deer doesn' t seem to notice them.(I took one with the bow and two with B/P and had the cell on.one with B/P walked between the laddet and the tree,so I know he did pay attenion to it.and he came in to the horns from down wind.

get you one and the skitters will only be a memories. wal-mart has them here ay home. $19.95 and like $3.00 for a refill. well worth the $$$$$$

I' ve used repel with 29% deet. not the 15. I had all kinds of bugs bouncing off me and walked through a wall of skeeters while scouting and not one bite. Although I do plan on getting that thermacell gadget for next season.
