rattling the horns!!
the deer are coming to the horns in central Fla. at least for me.
rattled in two bucks and took them both two days apart. anyone else having any luck rattling? |

Right here in S Ga. I was told today the bucks are coming in to rattling.

Where do you hunt? I was at Waccassa last weekend and had no luck with the horns. Maybe it was just my technique. |

Yep. Those are rubs. Scrapes are what they deer does to the ground and thene wizzes on it. Good luck.

dpv hit the nail on the head. Or at least that is what we call them around here. My relatives in East Texas call them opposite, they say a scrape is what is done to the tree and a rub is what they do on the ground. I guess it depends on where you live. |
