Results of Texas BBB Claim against South Texas Hunting Outfitters
 

Investigate this guy prior to sending money. He has a "F" rating with BBB in TX. In my case he did respond to the BBB, offering a complementary hunt based on my claim. I have attempted to call on 3 occasions. The problem is he won't return calls to set anything up, so it is an empty resolution. Also spoke with legal council and 1) managed hunt claims have a lot of latitude as to what you can actually shoot & 2) although wining in court is possible, it is nearly impossible to enforce any adherence, against these outfitters in the event of a positive outcome for the hunter in court. The lawyers tell me going forward to research, research & research some more. The BBB (in their respective state), is a good place to start as well as this forum to search for outfitters with favorable feedback and no registered complaints.
