times and Moon Phases
 

I hunt in the Piedmont of NC and am trying to find a website that provides info on the moon phases and the best times for hunting. Does anyone know a good resource on the web?

You may find what you need on TRMichels page right here on HuntingBBS. Scroll down to the thread, " Elk and White tail deer activity and graphs" . It will have his website where you can find quite a bit of info.

You can get all the moon times for your specific area that you hunt at the U.S. Naval Observatory website. I don' t have the actual URL but do a search for " moon times" and you can find it. This will give you moon rise, moon transit, moonset, as well as sunrise and sunset. Hope this helps.
