Florida Special Opportunity Turkey Hunt

Hey all,

I applied for the special opp turkey hunt here in Fl...entered one time and it cost me $5. I checked the other day and the drawing results were posted...mine says, "waiting, place in line:2."
I believe this means I will be second in line to snatch up any unpaid special quota hunt permits. Am I understanding this correctly?
