Thanks for your help and suggestions.This is the second day of the opening week and he still thinks he is going to hunt with me this weekend but he is really going to have a fit when he see' s me driving out and he don' t get to go.Hopfully this will work I' ll let you know more after this weekend.[]

Not at all!
I can remember growing up and not to much fazing me either. But, as soon as my father punished me with not being able to hunt, shoot my guns ect. I did straiten up very fast.
This was twenty years ago but it worked and if I have to I will do it with my boy.

bubba74701 - Be careful man. My son is only 2 so I am not speaking from experience, but hunting is a fantastic bonding experience with kids. In the woods, ya' ll can talk about any and everything and get through to him things you might not be able to in front of a tv or in the backyard.
That said, I agree taking away things that mean the most makes an impact. Let us know how it goes .
