Louisian Antler Restrictions

Do any Louisiana hunters think we will get them this year or will it be the same old season again. Seems like everyone else is starting to do it,Just wondering what everyone is thinking.

I looked up the reg' s and they seem' s to be the same as last year. I guess we just aren' t ready to change yet. I don' t see any problem with going to a 3 point rule, Where I hunt our club is in Jackson/winn parish and our deer went nocturnal after the second week and it was tough to see even a doe, so maybe we need the antler restrictions to help build our herd a bit, but we had a little blue tongue on our club year before last and this may be why we didn' t a lot of deer this last year who know' s.

I' m looking foreward to the season I know that.

Here' s wishing you a great season.

it will most likely be the same as last year. personally i think it' s a good idea. it would let them mature more before they get harvested

I think a tag system and 3 point rule would help La., it sure was getting good in Arkie land. Don' t know why they are changing the Arkansas season, I saw a lot of improvements in the buck' s we are killing the last few years.
