Hunters in OKC area?
 

Hi, I'm new to this forum!
I have a question - are there any hunters out there in the Oklahoma City and surrounding areas? The reason I am asking is... I'm not a hunter nor have ever hunted... but I am interested in purchasing excess meat acquired from hunting - or old meat from last year that is no longer wanted (if anyone is needing to clear out a freezer for this year's meat?) Secondly, are there any hunter websites for this particular area? Please email me privately if desired! Thanks!

I'm just east of OKC about 20 min. Selling wildlife is not legal, but you might find a hunter that would be willing to donate some meat. Check out www.oklahomabowhunter.com Most of the members are from se OK I think.

As gobbler mentioned, selling the meat is illegal. I typically donate a deer each year to Hunters Against Hunger. If you could clear up what you are needing (other than just deer meat),someone on the website might could point you in the right direction.

I'm just 30 minutes south of okc, Oklahomabowhunter.com has people from all over oklahoma
