how many 9 yr. olds do you know that has shot a banded snow goose? My son shot his 2nd goose this morning and it had jewlery. Awsome don't you think.

Boudreax pass my congrats on to your son. I am allways glad to see when a father teachs his son or daughter to hunt...they are the future of hunting.

Congratulations to your son. I think it's great that you make the time and effort to take a youngster hunting, so congratulations to you as well. I look forward to my little princess being old enough to go.

My son finally got his certificate in the mail. The goose was banded in Churchill, Manitoba Canada. The bird flew approx. 1875 miles to get shot. Certificate came from the Canadian Wildlife Service. The bird was approx. 4 yrs old and was a female. The species was a Lesser Snow Goose.
