Virginia developer screwing with duck hunters

Just found this story today. The developer falsely claims to be a hunter to boot legitimate duck hunters out of one of the few area blinds on the Potomac.

That's too bad, I heard something similar happened down near Quantico a few years past. Homeowners applied for blind permits to keep hunters out. The ones the didn't get, they'd dump loads of corn near the blind and render them unhuntable.

I read that story, ticks me off but what can you do, if the guy owns the land not much.
