Congrats, Blax. I also drew out for lexington on nov. 15. I've never been down there, but it is just about 30 min. from my house. Where do you live? I'm sure the deer get pressured there, but they may be chasing pretting hard by mid-nov.

found a nice shed while turkey hunting, you go apast the main entrance to 180th turn right go to the end of road theres a cable or bar gate on the right side of road, pull in straight and walk straight over the gate and up a decent hill, theres a clear up there go left,at the clearing to the next tree line,,scout it out and find a tree.
dav good to see you aroundi joined the army full time still in school until nov6 then im hunting.

Is that the same road that the firing range is on?

I'm going to check out lex this evening. Scout/hunt. My wife and daughter are going too. I just want to see what it looks like before my controlled hunt on 11/15.

My uncle and I drove around Lex the openning day of black powder and there were a lot more people than I saw the last time, too many. He (uncle) drew in on a special rifle hunt too. We hunted the northeast part where the road ends and didn't see anything. Things will settle down by the 15th.
I have a map saved on my flash card I can email you if you need it.
