BOWNC,
as a result of last fridays tradgedy, blackouts are occuring all across the south.
Some cell phones in La. don't work still.

My brother is in Shreveport, and I'm having a hard time getting thru to him. The Same thing happened here after 9/11.

Don't be discouraged. You are on the edge of technology, and some times it just plain don't work. So we go back to the drawing board.
