If your interested in getting together on a Sat. afternoon in central Florida for lunch / dinner please let me know..

If enough are interested maybe we can plan something centralized .

If you will let me know your location so we can plan something more centralized ..

Another option...we could bow hunt in a WMA and cook lunch that afternoon.Maybe we could bring a target and even shoot a little with the bows. Let's work as a team and see if we can't do something.

We can give this a few more days..Maybe to the end of September.if no more comes we could plan something for ourselves.
So far we have one from Pasco , Polk and one near Osceola county..Pretty well spread out. Reb's idea of the Golden Coral sounds pretty well centralized and easy to find.I hope Reb can come too. Actually we could stop at the Golden Coral after a morning Green Swamp hunt..just pack a dry undershirt and regular shirt..cause you will be sweaty. ..maybe different shoes too.:) ..and a comb[8D] If you happen to get a hog or deer throw about 3 unopened bags of ice in the cooler...should be fine.

I almost always change into my hunting cloths in the woods. I don't want to risk the smell. So I would be ready to meet a resturant. I like the idea of a breakfast/lunch after a hunt one day.

Let's plan one in October..an after hunt lunch..tomorrow I can't carry my clothes..I'll be carrying my climber in.I will leave it locked up though.I plan to hunt the river allfive Sat.s I won't be hunting on Fridays or Sundays..
Friday is school and Sunday is church/ family day.

Let's plan October 13th,2007 as out afternoon lunch / dinner time. I like Reb's idea of the Golden Coral on north 98 ; although I 'm not familiar with it. I'll see if I can't put the directions on here.

Golden Corral on 98 N is a couple miles north of Route 4.

This way individuals can mapquest it themselves from their particular location.

I would love to join you guys but I will probably be hunting down at Arbuckle.

I appreciate that partner..Floridabucks...if you have a cell phone PM me your cell ..if you want This way if you lose your keys or need help dragging a big hog. I can help. If I know you guys are in the swamp..I'll stay in the tree till 10:00 Once we are on the ground...the phones will be useless.

Here is a picture of the back of my truck...I will be parked on the main road tomorrowabout 2 miles from the Rockridge checkin station.

ALSO ..if you need ice for your kill..:)there is a convinence strore on 98 and Rockridge road...about 5 miles from the 471 entrance and about 8 miles from the Rockridege entrance.

Folks..I didn't realize how sweaty one gets out there. I would liketo move the dinner to a weekday...We can come to the same place Golden Coral...but Sat.afternoon is not practical

...someone could be tracking a deer or hog.
...too sweaty and tired after the hunt.
...this way you could bring your family if you want

Thanks Reb..[&:] WOW!!That was neat man.. I'm glad Florida bucks{Mike} was there today...I had left my door open and he drove by at 10:00 and closed my door.My battery would have been dead..and possibly a tool box of Craftsmans gone.:(

This restaurant happensto be 1/4 mile from my son's apartment..
I will suggest 6:00 PM on October 15th.It's a Monday..and gives you working folks time to drive up there.
My wife and 2 sons can come if you folks are up to it.
