Close to Stewart and that area. Looking to lease land in VA in order to take kids in VA hunting.
Youth Outdoor Connection would be leasing the land with full insurance, Hunter's Ed/Safety instructors, and medical responders on site for each hunt.

land has really gone up in carroll co. in the last few years. we used to hunt on a 55 acre place that recently sold for $250,000.00 we paid a little over $1,00.00 an acre for our land that has river frontage in 1992. good luck. google search some real estate firms in carroll co.
