Headed To Southern MS
 

Just wondering if any of you are from Southern MS and could possibly point me in the right direction as to where to hunt when I get down there. Thank you in advance

If your looking for deer I would try Union Church,MS in Copiah county. Several years back deer were running around like rabbits. There is a WMA there but I can't remember the name.

There are several WMA's around Homochitto National Forest. They are all good for deer, turkey, squirrels and rabbits. There is a great area south of Bude and another one south and west of Bude.

ALso, I can't recall the name, but there is a military base in southeast Miss, that is also near a Nat'l Forest. Red Creek???
