NC Hunt club looking members

We're a small club, 12 members,with a 546 acre lease in Warren county NC.

12 members, +family, +guest is too many people on 550 acres. Sounds like you need to increase dues and decrease members.

It seems that way, but we started with 6 members and have increased it by 2 each year. We've never had more than 4 hunters on the property at one time. The typical hunter in the club only hunts 2-3 times each year.
