Nice buck! I took a pretty nice 8 recently but he didn't go that big. I'd say he'd score every bit of 125+, he's got some nice consistent mass and like prev. mentioned little deductions. Again, congrats!

Pointrunner,

Nice Buck brother! I assume he's going on the wall. If so, are you taking him to Rapalee Taxidermy?

Great buck Point runner. My fiancee's family has some land in Nelson County I hope to beallowed to hunt in the upcoming seasons. There are some nice looking woods out there. I hunt a lot in Dinwiddie(between Sussex and Amelia) and I couldn't get over the difference, it is so much flatterin Dinwiddiecompared to the elevation changes in Nelson. Anyway congratulations on a great deer and I hope to get a crack at some of those Nelson County bucks in the future.

That buck has a great spread and fantastic mass all the up. I would say that he will be 130+. You should get online and download the B&C scoresheet. Write down the measurements and then just input them on the B&C website and it will calculate the gross score for you, including any deductions. Have a blast.

I looked at the score sheets that you fellas have spoke about. I have already taken this buck to the taxidermist so I will give him a call to get the measurements ofthis buck and will let you know the gross score. I guess sometimes you get all caught up in looking at the deer and forget to get out the measuring tape! Thanks for all the advice.

Pointrunner, where in Nelson county do you hunt? I was practically raised in Nelson County. West or East of 151?
