ALL hunters read, especially FLORIDA HUNTERS

Some of you have heard that FFWCC will be taking over the Tosohatchee WMA which has got some of the Anti's very unhappy. And the main focus will be on hunting.
We as hunters need to ban together and let our voices be heard. If we don't stand up for what we love then we won't have any right to complain when all the rules and regs go into effect. We need to speak up now.
Originally the vote should have been held in June however the DEP postponed it and now we have until August 1,2006. That leaves less than a month to contact everyone and anyone we can.
Below you'll find the petition and additional contacts who need to hear from us as soon as possible. If you choose to contact the Governor or anyone else on the list below please keep in mind when responding that it is best to state the facts and not go on emotions. I'm also going to include some links that y'all may find interesting and quite possibly disturbing.
Thanks for your support and keep your fingers crossed that we'll keep Toso the way it is now, no matter who is in charge.
Thanks!!!

Who was running Toso before? I assume it must have either been a type 2 management area or run by WMD if FFWCC is takeing it over now. I will sign the petition because 3 years ago we lost all 30,000 acres of WMA here in Bay County.
