any gobblin in Arkansas?
 

Anyone hearing much morning gobbling yet. I went out this morning to listen for the first time and didn't hear anything.Didn't know if it was just the cold and wind or if they aren't talking much yet.

I'm in NE arkansas by the way.

I heard a few people say that they started about two weeks ago. I heard my first one gobble on this past Saturday (18th). However, this cold snap may slow them down a little bit.

Been seing alot of signs, alot of birds, hope this weather gets right. I was in DNW this week and brokedown and purchased the prettyboy combo. HOpe it works like they claim.

I'm gonna be in town this weekend for the opener...hopefully I'll smoke one.

in benton county i got a couple going last saturday the 25th with an owl hoot, saw a few hens come off roost but never did see either of the toms. hopefully this saturday morning will be bit different.
