New Florida State Record Buck?
 

rodney leonard of jacksonville shot a 10 point in jennings forrest wildlife management area (public land) that green scored 168 b&c. buck was scored by fwc biologist allan hallman. rack will be officially scored sometime this month to see if it will beat the existing typical state record held by larry furr (14 pt /w 168 1/8 b&c).

yeah camo i saw a pic of the deer you're talking about. that think was huge. i saw it in the most recent woods and water magazine. it has a pic of the green swamp buck and the one you're talking about. there are some seriously nice deer in florida you just have to know where to look.

shhhhhh, don't tell anyone!!!! i want everyone to laugh at florida and keep thinking we don't have big rack bucks, less hunting pressure for us. ;)

c.c. i'm use to live in florida, and there are some big boys on the loose there. had a friend's son that killed two scoreable bucks last year during the rut, post some pics.

aint no big deer in FL.... just lil fawns n does..... not much hogs either... hunting stinks, stay away...

you people dont know anything about florida ,it has more hogs than any uther state and i see bucks all the time .
