This is the second huge deer I know ofthat has been killed in South Bama and our rut is still a month or so away. I think this scored in the 170's.

Dang good deer for that neck of the woods. Seems like I've seen your truck south of Elba a time or two. Is that the area you hunt?

I didn't kill this deer, only wish I could be that lucky. This pic was sent to me by a friend with the area it was killed in. The wasn't a story with this pic. I can only assume it was taken by a dog hunter looking at the pic.

I'll bet that was awsom to hear a pack of hounds getting closer and closer , then see that thing pop out.

Must have been dogs hunters look at ALL the trucks and CB antanna's!! However that is still a MONSTER for Alabama ...
