Mississippi---- at least on state land, no hasassment of game and this includes spotlighting. Not sure about private land , but I believe it is the same.

Same in VA. It is LEGAL to spotlight on private property, w/ written permission and no firearms, but intentionally "hit" a deer w/ your vehicle headlights and you're a gonner.

its legal to spot light wild hogs, yotes and rabbits in texas but ont get caught with a deer. we spot light for hogs all the time.
