Rut/peak rut in Virginia?

Any advice on when to start looking for rut activity in central Virginia region? When does peak rut usually occur?

According to some biologists it usually coincides with early muzzleloading season First and second week of November.

What he said. Rut often kicks in round the 10th here. I'd hit pre-rut then rut hard during ML seaason.

Usually in full rut around 15th of Nov here in South western VA
