First off, I really appreciate the owners of the forum to allow links to personal webpages. I have found lately that some people are just WAY too uptight to allow links to other sites.:eek:

My reason for this post: I have a website I have created for MS hunters. I have a photoalbum that stores pictures on a county-by-county basis. What I'm trying to do is to get as many people as possible to share the pics of deer that they have harvested in MS. So far I have right at 200 pics. I just think it would be great to be able to view deer on a county-by-county basis, but only if there are a lot of pics. I would like viewing deer from my county and surrounding counties.

So, if you have any pics of deer harvested in MS, I would appreciate you sharing them. The website is http://www.msdeer.net/ . Click on the photoalbum link from the dropdown menu, then click "upload file". Its simple & quick. You dont have to register, provide email or anything. Just fill out the date harvested and leave a short desc of the hunt if desired. Also, the pic doesnt have to be of a huge buck. I want pics of all deer.

My sites not commercial, and I'm not trying to "drum" up hits to my site. Its just harder than you would imagine to get pics from people!

I live in LA but I do some hunting just north of Natchez, MS. Some great hunting. I arrowed my biggest buck 2 years ago on my birthday.

GTK... I live about 30 miles west of Meridian and I hunt just north of Vicksburg on King's Point Island.. There issome great hunting over there... How bout yourself??????????

I hunt in vicksburg also in Oak Ridge on private land. My dad used to hunt at kings point many many years ago!!

How bout the HHG we are neighbors.. I think our land backs into ya'lls...I hunt with Old River I... They are hauling timber off of Brown's Point and going thru us and ya'll if I mistaken... What club did you dad hunt with????

woofer, I hunt in the eastern part of DeSoto County. Getting REAL crowded up here with folks moving out of memphis. Sudivisions are going up all around our place. :(

abolt, do you hunt around greenwood ? there are a ton of deer in that area. my first "delta" hunt was on a place just outside of greenwood.

i've hunted manhana before, got drawn for a bow hunt.. Never did get a doe though..

Okey qtk, you have a George County buck on your site now. I hunt George and Greene counties. . . .mostly along the Leaf and the Pascagoula river swamps. Huntings average with deer mostly concentrating on private lands, but with patience can score most anywhere.

I did grow up in Greenwood, butI hunt between about halfway between Carrollton andGrenada. I wish I had a good place to hunt in the delta because the deer definately get bigger there. You mentioned you went on your first"delta" hunt outside of Greenwood. Iactually had a friendthat I went to college with atDelta Statethat I took on a hunt just outside of Greenwood. He was from Desoto county and his initials happen to be GK. That wouldn't happen to be you would it Greg.

Natchez, Ms. checking in here. Hunt public lands in the area. Homochitto Nat. Forrest, Sandy Creek Refuge, and St. Catherine Creek Nat. Refuge. Gun, pistol, bow and blackpowder. Ain't missin no opportunities!:)

I'm from Mississippi Delta and hunt all over the state. I'll check out your site and probably post a pic or two. Got an idea for you. Make a seperate spot on the site to post live game photos, i.e. trail cam pics.

Born and raised in MS - hunt in Leake and Smith county when I'm there during the hunting season. Got 3 years left until I retire from the service and then I'm headed back probably to around Meridian.

Here's another MS boy .... born and raised in Columbus, been in Natchez for the past few years but now I'm back home. I love to hunt the prairie in Lowndes and Noxubee counties ....

Some big deer come from that area, don't they ? There are some hoss's in the magnolia records from those counties.

Mississippi man, born and raised in george county hunt in wiggins ms. live in new orleans and also hunt in popularville ms. on private land.
