rattling in GA

I have always read about rattling and how well it works out in texas and kansas. but i have tried many times in GA and it never seems to work around here and ive never talked to anyone that had any success with it. Can anyone tell me why this is?

RE: rattling in GA

I have only tried it in Ga. one time and it worked for me then.(really three or four times in one weeks hunt)I rattled in two bucks and killed one of them.

now in North central fla. I rattle in and take a couple of bucks each year.three last year, and the wife has taken two I rattled for her.it works here so I would think you guys would be doing ok in Ga.

just don't beat them like you see on TV, do it easy, just enough for them to hear 100 yards.
