the place is a hunters paradise and right now for me they are closer than bass pro shops and are also very cheaper. The store is a dream come true. I live 15 minutes away in Boyd and went 3 times the first 4 days they were open.

I was there a couple of weeks ago and was just blown away by all the taxidermy. It's worth a trip just to see that.

The best hunting store I have ever been in. I went two days in a row because I couldn't get enough.

Oh, sure....rub it in.[8D] I haven't been able to go yet, but I'm sure I'll find a way to get there before the summer's over. It's probably a good thing it's not any closer, or I'd just have my paycheck set up with them on direct deposit.

My wife is not near a happy about it opening as I was. She can't keep me out of Bass Pro Shop, I live in Burleson, I think she kringes each time she hears my diesel start! Ha ha ha!

I finally got to go this last Sunday. Cabela's was amazing. I even think I like it a little better than Bass Pro. Not quite as much fishing stuff, but more guns, reloading supplies, and some awesome taxidermy.

I went saturday and was blown away by the taxidermy display right as soon as you walk in the door. The only bad thing was it was the grand opening and you could barely walk.I'm going to give it a month to settle and then go back during the week.
