Got my First yote!!!!
 

Today I got my first yote. Me and my cousin were brushing the horses when my small dog started to bark and run towards then end door of the barn. My cousin went outside the barn and saw a yote about 70 yards away from us. He ran and grabbed the dog and yelled at me to grab the gun. The yote started to walk at the bottom of the hill away from us so we ran along the top of the hill. the yote then came out in front of us about 75 yards away. He had his head down and was walking away from us. I sat down near a fence post and rested me barrel on the barb wire. My cousin gave a called threw his wondeed rabbit call, the yote stopped and look at us. I put the cross hairs on his shoulder and pulled the trigger. The 55 gr 22-250 leveled him out, he hit the ground and never moved. Heres somes pics of the yote.

Thats a light color on him, most of the ones around here are dark brown to black

Nice looking coyote, they like to come in close to the animals around my place to makes for some good fun!

No offense but that coyote is the ulgliest lookin thing. That face is wierd with those beaty little eyes.
